Navigating the Maze of Spine Care: Choosing the Right Healthcare Professional for Your Condition - A look at The Spine MDT’s approach.

Multi Disciplinar

Back pain can be a debilitating condition that can negatively impact every aspect of your life. When seeking treatment for spine problems, patients can end up bouncing from one healthcare provider to another, undergoing repeated procedures and manipulations without finding lasting relief. This is why I founded The Spine MDT, a practice that offers comprehensive spine care with a team of healthcare providers, including osteopaths, physiotherapists, chiropractors, and pain specialists, working in partnership with me.

At The Spine MDT, we understand that back pain can be a complex issue that requires an individualized approach to care. That's why we offer a variety of healthcare providers, each with their own area of expertise, to help ensure that you receive the best possible care for your specific condition.I believe in finding the root cause of the problem as soon as possible, so I offer a one-stop spine clinic that includes a scan before you see me.

NHS Waiting Times

One issue that patients with spine problems often face is going from one healthcare provider to another, undergoing repeated procedures and manipulations without finding lasting relief. At The Spine MDT, we address this issue by providing a coordinated approach to care. Even if your treatment is not done by me, a surgeon, I oversee your care with continuous dialogue between me and your practitioner, whether it's an osteopath, physiotherapist, chiropractor, or pain specialist.

Pain Specialist

Our team of experts works together to create a personalized treatment plan that works best for you. We believe in the importance of non-invasive treatments, such as physiotherapy, osteopathy, and chiropractic care, to provide effective relief from back pain and help prevent future problems. When surgery is required, I have taken an interest in the latest innovations in minimally invasive surgery to minimize pain, scarring and help you recover faster.

Osteopaths use manual techniques to diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, focusing on the musculoskeletal system to reduce pain and improve mobility. Physiotherapists use a variety of techniques to help patients manage pain, improve range of motion, and restore function. Chiropractors diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions, including back pain and neck pain, using a variety of techniques, including manual adjustments and spinal manipulations. Pain specialists provide a range of treatments, including medication management, injections, and nerve blocks, to manage chronic pain.

At The Spine MDT, we're committed to finding the least invasive treatment with the longest lasting result, so you can get back to doing the things you love without being held back by back pain. Choose The Spine MDT for comprehensive, personalized, and coordinated spine care with a team of healthcare providers who are committed to helping you find relief for your spine problems.
